Our Process
Four Simple Steps
STEP 1
Consultation
A team member will perform an onsite inventory check. Once the review is completed, we determine the length of time for the items to be cataloged. We will work with your schedule to start the process of your sale.
Cataloging
Our experts will come to your property and start the process of your sale. They will group your items together, photograph and describe the items for the online auction. Once they are finished you will receive an inventory list for your approval.
STEP 2
LIVE Sale Online
Once your inventory is approved your sale will go live for 5-7 days. During the time your sale is up we will market your sale through social media, Constant Contact, Hibid and other marketing tools to ensure you receive the most value for your items.
STEP 3
Pick Up
Once the sale has ended and all payments have been processed, customers are notified and receive instructions on how to pick up their items. Once pick up is complete you will receive your settlement check 14 days after the close of the sale.
